inherited eSTATES

Inheriting an estate can be a challenging and emotional experience, often bringing unexpected stress and responsibilities during an already difficult time. From sorting through personal belongings to managing repairs and preparing the property for sale, the process can quickly become overwhelming—both emotionally and financially.

At ETS Projects, we take on these pressures for you, turning estate properties into high-value sales, handling every detail so you don’t have to. With no upfront costs or financial burden, we take care of everything—from decluttering and renovations to styling, marketing, and selling—ensuring a seamless, stress-free transition from estate to sale.

What we do

We can ease the burden of selling an inherited estate with our end to end management and no up-front-cost model.  A bespoke proposal is provided for each property after an inspection which details the tasks that are required.  These can range from:

  • Clearing and decluttering

  • Repairs and maintenance

  • Renovation works

  • Replacing flooring

  • Painting

  • Tiling

  • Kitchen refurbishments

  • Bathroom refurbishments

  • Gardening

  • Driveway repairs

  • Rubbish Removal

Once your home restoration has been completed, we continue to manage through process with you all the way through to settlement.  To assist in this process, we manage:

  • Agent selection

  • Staging and styling

  • Open home preparation

  • Marketing

  • Offer negotiations

With our unique joint venture models, we only profit if you profit, so we are advocating for the best outcomes for you the entire way.
