This small townhouse complex became a bankrupt estate and each lot was auctioned off.  Number 31 was given a complete renovation, removing the outdated red, green and yellow interior, closed off kitchen and dark and grotty bathrooms.  

This was replaced with a light open planned living, dining and kitchen space, updated bathrooms, new flooring and a fresh coat of paint to both the interior and exterior.   The finished product was a modern and stylish home that was ready to be lived in and loved.
